How it works

Rewards cardholders that play Slots machines on the entire casino floor between 10h00 and 14h00 on draw days, stand a chance to be selected by the Gamesmart significant Bonus Selector.

Every 30 minutes, starting at 10h00, two winners will be announced, between the periods of 10h00 until 14h00.

A total of 18 winners per draw date.

The numbers of the 2 winning machines, will be announced by the Promotions and Events Coordinator, every 30 minutes, starting at 10h00.

Each winner will have the opportunity to pick a mystery FreePlay or cash prize out of an Easter Egg, without knowing what the prize will be.

A total of R6,000 in Prizes (R3,000 in cash and R3,000 in FreePlay), up for grabs per draw date.

Positive Identification will be required.

  1. No person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Entries cannot be purchase for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.
  5. All Mykonos Rewards programme cardholders (Slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the Bonus Easter Hunt promotion between 10h00 until 14h00 on Tuesdays and stand a chance to be selected via the bonus selector (The Game Smart significant event list). Every 30 minutes from 10h00 on the draw days of 13, 20 and 27 April, two winners will be selected via the bonus selector. A total of 18 winners per draw date will be selected.
  6. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Game Smart significant event list is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
  7. The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of a Easter egg or bright envelope per draw date (patrons are not allowed look into a Easter Egg or bright envelope and prizes are not transferable).
  8. In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner.
  9. As per management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per draw date.
  10. Prize Winners will be selected by way of a random selection (bonus selector). Guests can only be part of this promotion by actively playing slots on the entire Casino floor. Each prize winner will have the opportunity to select one of the 18 Prizes (Cash or FreePlay), by picking an Easter Egg or bright envelope per draw day.
  11. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification document or Passport or Driver’s Licence.
  12. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the draw.
  13. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding. No correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing board will be informed of any such changes.
  16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  18. Copies of these Promotional Competition Rules are available at Mykonos Casino’s Customer Service Desk on request.
  19. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
  20. All Covid-19 Safety Regulations and Protocols will be implemented.
  21. In the case that Covid regulations are changes, or the business is further affected by existing regulations, we will notify the Gaming Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
