Birthday Celebrations

1. The BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 10 November 2025, with the live draws taking place on 14 November at 19h00 and 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS promotion, is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion, BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS, is open to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and NO points earning
6. The draw format will offer FREE draw entries (tickets) for all members, which can be collected daily from Monday, 10 November until Friday 14 November. Up to 25 FREE draw entries for the week.

• J-Tier: 2
• 10-Tier: 1

7. Ticket collection is daily at the eHost from 09h30.
8. On the draw date 14 November 2025, all active Tsogo App users will receive up to 5x Bonus Mobile App Tickets.
9. The eHost will close on the 14 November 2025 at 19h55. Our patrons can still print their draw tickets at 19h00, but can only enter their draw entries into the bin after the 19h00 draw, for the 20h00 draw.
10. Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for 14 November 2025.
11. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
12. The live draws will take place on 14 November at 19h00 and 20h00 and 4 winners will be selected at the 19h00 draw and 4 winners at the 20h00 draw via the draw bin (tombola), and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. Total of 8 winners on 14 November 2025.
13. Each winner will have the opportunity to choose between four (4) balloons at each draw time
14. Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process at each draw time of 19h00 and 20h00 on 14 November 2025.
15. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and once at the 20h00 draw. So a winner can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.
16. Winners (8) will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus prize, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App. This must be done prior to the draw time and not after the winner is selected.
17. Winners that downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App will have the opportunity to spin the wheel for a bonus prize. The physical wheel will display all the possible prizes and have an indicator (i.e. arrow) that will indicate the prize that has been won, once the wheel stops spinning. The amount on the spinning wheel can be won more than once on 14 November 2025.
18. R25 000 in Cash up for grabs at each draw time at 19h00 and 20h00 and Up to R20 000 in bonus prizes up for grabs on 14 November 2025.
19. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
20. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Mykonos Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
21. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
22. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk from Monday 10 November to 14 November 2025 until 18h00 (on the day of the promotion draw).
23. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
24. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
25. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
26. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
27. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
28. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
29. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
30. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

32. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
