Double The Fun Win Up To R30k In Prizes

1. No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Double The Fun bonus promotion.

2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3. The Double The Fun bonus promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.

5. All Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the Double The Fun bonus promotion between 12h00 until 16h00 on Thursdays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart Bonus Selector. Every 30 minutes from 12h00 until 16h00 on the Thursdays of 4, 11, 18 and 25 May and 1 June, one winner will be selected via the Gamesmart Bonus Selector. A total of 9 winners per Thursday and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.

6. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart Bonus Selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.

7. The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope per Thursday (winners are not allowed look into the envelopes and prizes are not transferable).

8. In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner.

9. As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per Thursday.

10. Each prize winner will have the opportunity to select one of the 9 Prizes (FreePlay), by picking an envelope, without knowing what the prizes will be. The Marketing Team, together with Security will then present five cards to the patron. On the one card the wording will be “Double Your Winnings” and on two of the 5 cards will be the wording “No Double Up”, on another card a R50 drink voucher and on the final of the five cards a R100 Café Vigour restaurant voucher). These will be extra prizes. If a patron for example picks a R200 FreePlay prize out of the envelope and picks the “Double Your Winnings” card, Mykonos Casino will double up the FreePlay prize to R400.

11. The FreePlay prize and Food and Beverage prizes (Café Vigour) will be given to the patron at the winning machine by the Marketing Team, with security present. The patron will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize receive and promotional consent form)

12. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification i.e. South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Membership card or Passport.

13. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the promotional date.

14. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.

17. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

18. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

20. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

21. In the case that the Covid regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by existing regulations, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
