How Can I Win?

Ways to earn entries for the promotion.

This promotion is open to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and NO points earning required.

The draw format will offer FREE draw tickets for all members, which can be collected daily from Monday the 22rd of September until Friday the 26th of September– a total of 5 FREE tickets for the five days (1 x FREE Ticket per day).

A maximum of 5 x FREE Draw tickets in total, before the live draws at 19h00 and 20h00 on 26 September 2025 (5 day ticket collection). Ticket collection is daily at the eHost from 09h30.

The eHost will close on the 26 September 2025 at 19h55. Our patrons can still print their draw tickets at 19h00, but can only enter their draw entries into the bin after the 19h00 draw, for the 20h00 draw.

Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for 26 September 2025.

The live draws will take place on 26 September 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected at each draw time via the draw bin (tombola) and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.

A total of 10 winners for the evening.

Winners will have the opportunity to choose between 5 balloons with prizes in at each draw time.

Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and once at the 20h00 draw. So a winner can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.

Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person.

The FREEBIE FEVER promotion, is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

  10. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
  11. The live draws will take place on 26 September at 19h00 and 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected at the 19h00 draw and 5 winners at the 20h00 draw via the draw bin (tombola), and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. Total of 10 winners on 26 September 2025.
  12. Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process at each draw time of 19h00 and 20h00 on the 26th of September 2025.
  13. There will be 5 balloons with prizes in at the 19h00 draw and 5 balloons with prizes in at the 20h00 draw. The first selected winner at each draw time will have the opportunity to select the 1st balloon (one of the 5 balloons).
  14. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and once at the 20h00 draw. So a winner can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.
  15. Winners (10) will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus prize, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App and playTSOGO. This must be done prior to the draw time and not after the winner is selected.
  16. UP to R65 000 in Prizes (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage Prizes) up for grabs on the 26th of September 2025.
  17. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
  18. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Mykonos Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
  19. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
  20. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk from Monday the 22nd of September to the 26th of September 2025 until 18h00 (on the day of the promotion draw).
  21. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
  22. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
  23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
  24. Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged.
  25. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  26. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  27. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  28. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

  30. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
