Mykonos Casino’s FREEBIE FEVER

1. The FREEBIE FEVER promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and the live draws will take place on 12 January 2024 at 19h00 and 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the FREEBIE FEVER
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The FREEBIE FEVER promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion, FREEBIE FEVER, is open to all active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and NO points earning
6. The draw format will offer 1 x FREE draw ticket for each Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholder (TIER), which can be collected daily on 10, 11 and 12 January 2024.
7. A maximum of 3 x FREE Draw tickets in total, before the live draws on 12 January at 19h00 and 20h00.
8. Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for 12 January 2024.
9. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
10. The live draws will take place on 12 January 2024 at 19h00 and 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected at the 19h00 draw and 5 winners at the 20h00 draw via the draw bin (tombola), and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. Total of 10 winners on 12 January 2024.
11. Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process at each live draw date.
12. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize available, with the last drawn ticket at each draw time the highest prize available.

13. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and once at the 20h00 draw. So, our patrons can win twice on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.
14. Total of R30 000 in Prizes are up for grabs on the 12^th of January 2024 (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food and Beverage prizes).
15. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
16. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Customer Service Desk from Wednesday the 10^th of January until Friday the 12^th of January at 18h00.
17. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
18. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
19. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Customer Service desk.
20. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
21. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
22. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
23. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
24. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
25. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
26. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
27. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

29. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
