Celebration Draw Day – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run for 16 June 2022 only, in celebration of Youth Day and the live draw will take place at 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. Active Rewards members (gold, platinum and black) will be able to collect their 1 x FREE TICKET from the eHost on 16 June only, from opening time at 09h30 until 20h00.
6. Once entered into the draw bin (tombola), tickets are valid for the draw taking place on 16 June at 20h00 only.
7. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
8. Participants do not need to be present at the live draw on 16 June and winners will be notified via SMS and telephonically.
9. The live draw will be held on 16 June at 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected via the draw bin. It is still not compulsory for members to be at the live draw.
10. Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with and independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
11. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize available, with the last drawn ticket (5^th) receiving the highest prize available.
12. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
13. Winners will be contacted via SMS and personal call, if their names are drawn using the contact details provided by the members on the Gamesmart Management System.
14. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
15. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
16. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
17. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
20. Copies of these rules are available at the Customer Service Desk upon request or at mykonoscasino.co.za.
21. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
22. In the case the Covid Regulations are changes, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, we will notified the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
