Equal opportunity DRAW – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Equal Opportunity Draw is exclusive to Mykonos Rewards members and will run on 29 October and 26 November and the live draws will take place at 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. Patrons can start printing their 1 x FREE Ticket at the eHost from the opening time of the Casino on 28 October at 09h30, until 29 October at 20h00, before the live draw on 29 October at 20h00.
6. Patrons can also start printing their 1 x FREE ticket at the eHost from the opening time of the casino on 25 November at 09h30, until 26 November at 20h00, before the live draw on 26 November at 20h00.
7. Tickets will be enter into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only valid for these draw dates.
8. Once entered into the draw bin (tombola), tickets are only valid for the draws taking place on 29 October and 26 November only.
9. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
10. The live draw will be held on 29 October and 26 November at 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected via the draw bin (tombola) at each draw date.
11. Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with and independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
12. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize available, with the last drawn ticket (5^th) receiving the highest prize available.
13. All Participants are required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Services Desk.
14. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
16. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
17. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
18. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
19. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
20. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

22. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board
23. In the case the Covid Regulations will change, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
