1.The Equal Opportunity Draw is exclusive to active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and live draws will take place on 25 March, 29 April, and 27 May 2023 at 20h00.
2.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4.The Equal Opportunity Draw is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5.This promotion is open to all active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and NO points earning is required.
6.The draw format will offer 1 x FREE draw ticket for each TIER, which can be collected on the Fridays of 24 March, 28 April and 26 May and also FREE bonus draw tickets to be collected on the Saturdays of the live draws at the eHost, 16h00 – 17h00 (1 ticket), 17h00 – 18h00 (1 ticket), 18h00 – 19h00 (1 ticket) and 19h00 – 20h00 (1 ticket) – a total of 4 x FREE draw tickets per Saturday.

7.A maximum of 5 x FREE Draw tickets in total on Friday and Saturday, before each live draw date (2-day ticket collection).
8.Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (the draw bin will be under surveillance camera view) and only be valid for these draw dates. Tickets will be removed after each live draw date.
9.Once entered the draw bin (tombola), tickets are only valid for the draws taking place on 25 March, 29 April and 27 May only.
10.Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration
11.The live draws will take place on 25 March, 29 April, and 27 May at 20h00 and the 5 winners will be selected via the draw bin (tombola), at each live draw date and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
12.Tickets will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process at each live draw date.
13.The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest price available, with the last drawn ticket (5th) receiving the highest prize available at each live draw date.
14.Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once on the draw dates of 25 March, 29 April, and 27 May. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on a draw evening.
15.Up to R15 000 in prizes up for grabs (Cash, FreePlay and Food and Beverage prizes) per draw date of 25 March, 29 April, and 27 May. It is not compulsory for cardholders to be at the live draws, however, winners that are not attending the live draws, will only receive Cash prizes and winners that are attending the live draws, will receive Cash, FreePlay and Food and Beverage prizes.
16.Winners that are not attending the live draw, will be notified via a personal call and SMS, and informed to collect and sign for their prizes won within 15 days of the draw date.
17.All prize winners need to show a positive and acceptable form of Identification i.e., South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Rewards card or Passport.
18.Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
19.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
20.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
21.All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
22.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
23.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
24.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

26.Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
27.In the case that Covid Regulations are re-instated with restrictions, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
