1. This promotion is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 1 July until 5 August 2022.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. Patron need to earn 500 points per ticket entry from 1 July until 28 July 2022.
6. Reward Cardholders must play slots or tables with their Mykonos Rewards card to start earning points from 1 July.
7. Patrons will have the opportunity to activate their draw tickets at the eHost from 29 July until 5 August 2022.
8. The draw tickets will be entered into a draw bin.
9. The live draw will take place on 5 August at 20h00 and 1 winner will be selected.
10. The winning ticket will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with and independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
11. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
12. Participants do not need to be present at the live draw on 5 August at 20h00 and the winner will be notified via SMS and telephonically.
13. The winner will receive a fuel voucher at the eHost, each month of R1500 over a 12 month period (from August 2022 until July 2023). The fuel vouchers for the year is worth R18 000.
14. The fuel vouchers can only be redeemed at Langemeer Fuel Station in Langebaan (near Club Mykonos).
15. It’s the responsibility of the member to redeem the monthly fuel voucher at the eHost at Mykonos Casino. The voucher is only valid per month and if the winner does not collect the voucher, at the eHost per month, it will not carry over to other months and the winner will forfeit on the deal for the month.
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
17. Winners will be contacted via SMS and personal call, if their names are drawn using the contact details provided by the members on the Gamesmart Management System.
18. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
19. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
20. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
21. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

25. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
26. In the case the Covid Regulations are changes, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, we will notified the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
