HIGH ROLLERS – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion, HIGH ROLLERS, is exclusive to Rewards members and will run from 17 February until 31 March 2022 and the live draws to take place on 10 and 31 March 2022 at 17h00 (patrons will still have the option not to be present at the draws and the winners will be contacted telephonically and have 15 days to claim their prize at Mykonos Casino). The draw mechanics will be communicated via the channels used to advertise the promotion. Participants who wish to be notified via SMS must opt-in to receive SMS communication. This is not compulsory for patrons to be at the live draw.
5. Participants earn points by playing Slots or Tables using their Mykonos Casino Rewards card.
6. Participants must earn 6500 points, per draw entry from 17 February until 27 February for the 1st live draw on 10 March.
7. Participants will have the opportunity to activate their draw tickets at the eHost from 28 February – 10 March for the launch draw on 10 March at 17h00.
8. Participants must earn 7000 points, per draw entry from 11 – 21 March for the final live draw on 31 March.
9. Participants will have the opportunity to activate their draw tickets at the host from 21 – 31 March for the final live draw on 31 March at 17h00.
10. Draw tickets cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration. Tickets will be issued based on points earned on Slots or Tables during the promotion earning period.
11. 3 Winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the live draws on 10 and 31 March at 17h00 by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
12. If further restrictions take place over the period, back of house non-attendance draws will take place.
13. The first drawn ticket selected via the electronic draw selector at the live draw dates of 10 & 31 March, will receive the lowest prize and the 3rd selected winner the highest prize available.
14. It’s the Rewards Member’s responsibility to ensure that Mykonos Casino has up to date contact details on our Gamesmart system and winners will be required to produce a positive and acceptable form of identification when they collect their winnings.
15. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the 10 & 31 March. A re-draw will take place if a winner is selected more than once on these draw dates. If the contact details provided on the Gamesmart system of the winners selected does not exist (invalid details) a re- draw will take place.
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notify of any changes.
17. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
19. The Accommodation prize excludes public holidays, school holidays, special days and subject to availability and ONLY for two people.
20. The Accommodation prize is only available for a 6 month period, from 1 April until 30 September 2022.
21. The Accommodation prize is for two people only for Friday, Saturday and Sunday, with Breakfast for two people on Saturday and Sunday morning at Café Vigour Restaurant at Mykonos Casino.
22. The Accommodation prize excludes transport from and to the venue.
23. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
24. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
25. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
26. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
27. Copies of these rules are available at the Customer Service Desk upon request or on the Mykonos Casino website at mykonoscasino.co.za
28. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged to the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
29. In the case that Covid regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
