What can I win?

Get ready to have some FUN and stand a chance of winning your share of UP to R68 000 in Prizes for the promotional period (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food and Beverages prizes)

A total of R5 500 in Prizes (Cash & +Play) is up for grabs, per Thursday, if all the winners of the day only pick the “Not Spicy” card and Up To R8 500 in Prizes up for grabs per Thursday, if all the winners of the day select the “Spicy” card.

 

How Can I Win?

Ways to earn entries for the promotion.

Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members that are playing slot machines on the entire gaming floor on Thursdays of 8, 15, 22 and 29 January and 5, 12, 19 and 26 February 2026 between 12h30 and 16h30, will stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. On these dates 1 winner will be selected, every 30 minutes starting at 12h30. A total of 9 winners per Thursday.

Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected

The first machine on the list each time (each 30 minutes) will be the relevant winner.

When a winner is selected the Marketing team, will go to the winning machine number (winner) and the winner will have the opportunity to select a prize out of an envelope that contains a Cash or +Play prize.

After the winner has selected the Cash or +Play prize – the Marketing team will also presents two cards to the winner – one with the wording “Spicy” and one with the wording “Not Spicy”. If the winner selected the “Spicy” card he/she will have the opportunity to pick between 9 different chilli creative, with a prize at the back of each chilli image (cardboard chilli image). This will be an extra bonus prize for the winner.

  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. This slots bonus promotion, HOT SEAT THURSDAYS is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.
  5. Mykonos Tsogo Reward members (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the HOT SEAT THURSDAYS’ promotion between 12h30 until 16h30 on Thursdays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus Selector. Every 30 minutes from 12h30, on Thursdays of 8, 15, 22 and 29 January and 5, 12, 19 and 26 February 2026 one winner (lucky machine number) will be selected.
  6. A total of 9 winners per Thursday. The winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.
  7. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
  8. The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope (without looking inside the envelope). An envelope can only be selected once a day.
  • After the winner has selected the Cash or +Play prize – the Marketing team will also presents 2 cards to the winner – one with the wording “Spicy” and one with the wording “Not Spicy”
  • If the winner selected the “Spicy” card, he/she will have the opportunity to pick between 9 different Chilli cardboard creative images, with prizes at the back, for a bonus prize.
  1. The amount on the “Chilli” card can just be won once per Thursday (9 different Chilli images). These will be bonus prizes for our winners.
  2. Once positively identified, the prize will be given to the winner by the Marketing Team, with Security present and the prize will be redeemed at the Cash Desk Department. The prize winner will sign for the receipt of the prize and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form).
  3. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification or Mykonos Casino Membership card.
  4. A process of declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk for the period of the promotion, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  5. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
  6. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
  7. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  8. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  9. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for  the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
  10. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  11. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

  13. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
