Hot Seat Thursdays

1. No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this bonus slots HOT SEAT THURSDAYS’ promotion, running from 16 May until 20 June 2024 on Thursdays.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This bonus slots HOT SEAT THURSDAYS’ promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.
5. Mykonos Casino Rewards members (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the HOT SEAT THURSDAYS’ promotion between 12h00 until 16h00 on Thursdays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus Selector. Every 30 minutes from 12h00, on Thursdays of 16, 23 and 30 May and 6, 13 and 20 June, one winner (lucky machine number) will be selected.
6. A total of 9 winners per Thursday. The winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.
7. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
8. The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope (without looking inside the envelope). An envelope can only be selected once a day.

• After the winner has selected the Cash or +Play prize – the Marketing team will also presents 2 cards to the winner – one with the wording “Spicy” and one with the wording “Not Spicy”.
• If the winner selected the “Spicy,” he/she will have the opportunity to pick between 9 different Chilli creative images, with prizes at the back.

9. The amount on the “Chilli” card can just be won once per Thursday (9 different Chilli images). These will be bonus prizes for our winners.

10. The prizes will be given to the patron at the winning machine by the Marketing Team, with security present. The winner will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form)
11. In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner.
12. As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per Thursday.
13. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification i.e. South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Membership card or Passport.
14. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino, within 15 days of date the promotion took place.
15. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

21. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
