Let’s Dice

1.             No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

2.             Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

3.             This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.

4.             Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.

5.             All Mykonos Rewards Programme Card Holders (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the LET’S DICE promotion between 10h00 until 14h00 on Thursdays and stand a chance to be selected via the bonus selector (The Gamesmart significant event list). Every 30 minutes from 10h00 on the draw days of 21 & 28 April and 5, 12 and 19 May, one winner will be selected via the bonus selector.  A total of 9 winners per draw date will be selected and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Promotions & Events Coordinator.

6.             Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.

7.             The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope per draw date (patrons are not allowed look into the envelope and prizes are not transferable).

8.             In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner

9.             As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per draw date.

10.         Prize Winners will be selected by way of a Random selection (bonus selector). Guests can only be part of this promotion by actively playing slots on the entire Casino floor.  Each prize winner will have the opportunity to select one of the 9 Prizes (FreePlay), by picking an envelope, without knowing what the prizes will be.  The Promotions and Events Coordinator or Marketing Host will then present two cards to the patron. On the one card the wording will be “roll the dice” and on the other “no dice rolling” When the patron picks the roll the dice, he/she will have the opportunity to roll the dice.  The number on the dice equals R100, so if the dice lands on for example the number 2, the patron will receive a R200 in FreePlay extra.

11.         In line with Covid regulations, we have 9 different dices per draw date, which are zip locked in plastic, in order to ensure that it won’t get used by another patron on the draw date.

12.         All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification i.e. South African ID, Valid Driver’s License, Mykonos Membership card or Passport.

13.         The FreePlay prize vouchers will be given to the patron at the winning machine by the Promotions & Events Coordinator or Marketing host, with security present.  The patron will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine, and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize receive and promotional consent form)

14.         The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the draw.

15.         All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.

16.         Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.

17.         In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of any such changes.

18.         Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

19.         The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

20.         Copies of these Promotional Competition Rules are available at Mykonos Casino’s Customer service desk on request.

21.         Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

22.         All Covid-19 Safety Regulations and Protocols will be implemented. 

23.          In the case that Covid regulations are changes, or the business is further affected by existing regulations, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
