Midweek Madness – Every Wednesday

1.The MIDWEEK MADNESS promotion is exclusive to all Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders and will run from 1 February until 1 March 2023.
2.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4.This promotion, MIDWEEK MADNESS is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5.Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.
6.All Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the MIDWEEK MADNESS promotion between 11h00 until 17h00 on Wednesday afternoons and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every hour from 11h00 on the draw days of 1, 8, 15, 22 February and 1 March 2023, one winner (lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. A total of 7 winners per draw date will be selected and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.
7.Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
8.The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope per draw date (patrons are not allowed look into the envelope and prizes are not transferable).
9.If a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner.
10.As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per draw date.
11.Each prize winner will have the opportunity to select one of the 7 Prizes (FreePlay), by picking an envelope, without knowing what the prizes will be. The Marketing representative will then present five cards to the winner. On one card the wording will be double up winnings and on two of the 5 cards will be the wording no double up, on another card a R100 Food and Beverage prize at Café Vigour and on the final of the five cards a R150 Food and Beverage prize at Café Vigour). These will be extra prizes. If a winner for example picks a R500 FreePlay prize out of the envelope and picks the double-up card, Mykonos Casino will double up the FreePlay prize to R1,000.
12.The Prizes (FreePlay and Food and Beverage) will be given to the winner at the winning machine by the Marketing Team, with security present. The prize winner will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize receive and promotional consent form)
13.All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification i.e., South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Membership card or Passport.
14.The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the draw.
15.All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final, and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
16.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
17.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
18.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
19.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

21.Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
22.In the case that Covid Regulations are re-instated with restrictions, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
