Monday Money Madness | R40 000 In CASH & PRIZES

1.No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Monday Money Madness bonus promotion.
2.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3.The Monday Money Madness bonus promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4.Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.
5.Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor or in selected gaming areas, will be eligible to participate in the Monday Money Madness bonus promotion between 10h30 until 14h30 on Mondays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes from 10h30 on 03, 17 and 24 April and 01, 08, 15, 22 and 29 May 2023, one winner (lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. A total of 9 winners per Monday will be selected. The winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing representative.
6.Before the start of the bonus promotion at 10h30, it will be announced by the Marketing representative on which areas the promotion will take place. It can either be on the entire gaming floor or selected areas.
7.Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector list is extracted for the entire floor; this will ensure that only active machines are selected.
The first machine on the list each time will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope (Cash or FreePlay) on Mondays (patrons are not allowed to look into the envelope and prizes are not transferable).
8.The FreePlay or Cash prize voucher will be given to the patron at the winning machine by the Marketing representative, with security present. The patron will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form).
9.In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner.
10.As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per Monday.
11.All prize winners need to show a positive and acceptable form of identification i.e., South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Casino Rewards card, or Passport.
12.The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the promotional date.
13.All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
14.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
15.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of any such changes.
16.Every participant in the bonus promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
17.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

19.Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
20.In the case that the Covid regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by existing regulations, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
