Monday Money Madness

1. No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. Entries cannot be purchased for cash or through any other form of consideration, other than points.
5. Mykonos Rewards Programme Card Holders (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor or on selected gaming areas (1, 2, 3, 4 or 5), will be eligible to participate in the MONDAY MONEY MADNESS promotion between 10h30 until 14h30 on Mondays and stand a chance to be selected via the bonus selector (The Game Smart selector). Every 30 minutes from 10h30 on the draw days of 6 & 13 December 2021 and 10, 17, 24 and 31 January and 7, 14, 21 and 28 February and 7, 14, 21 and 28 March 2022, two winners (lucky machine numbers) will be selected via the bonus selector. A total of 18 winners per draw date will be selected. The winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Promotions & Events Coordinator
6. Before the start of the promotion on draw days at 10h30, it will be announced by the Promotion & Events coordinator on which areas the promotion will take place. It can either be on the entire gaming floor (all 5 different areas) or selected areas 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5.
7. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Game Smart bonus selector list is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.

The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope on the draw date (patrons are not allowed look into the envelope and prizes are not transferable). After selecting an envelope with an amount, the promotions and events coordinator will present the patron with two cards – one with the wording “Cash” and one with the wording “FreePlay” if they pick for example R200 and pick the cash card, the patron will receive R200 in Cash.

8. The FreePlay or Cash prize voucher will be given to the patron at the winning machine by the Promotions & Events Coordinator or Marketing host, with security present. The patron will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form)
9. In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner
10. As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per draw date.
11. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification document, Passport or Driver’s Licence.
12. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the draw.
13. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of any such changes.
16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

19. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

20. All Covid-19 Safety Regulations and Protocols will be implemented.

21. In the case that the Covid regulations are changed, or the business is further affected by existing regulations, we will notify the Western Cape Gaming and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly
