How Can I Win?

Ways to earn entries for the promotion

Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members that are playing slot machines on the entire gaming floor or selected gaming areas on Mondays of: 9, 16, 23 and 30 March 2026 and 6, 13, 20 and 27 April 2026 between 11h00 and 15h30, will stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. On Mondays 1 winner will be selected, every 30 minutes starting at 11h00.

It will be announced, by the Marketing representative, which areas in the Casino will be selected prior to the start of the promotion at 11h00 on selected Mondays – either the entire gaming floor or selected gaming areas.

Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor or selected gaming areas, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.

A total of 10 winners per Monday.

The first machine on the list each time (each 30 minutes) will be the relevant winner.

When a winner is selected, the Marketing representative will go to the patron (winner) and the patron will have the opportunity to select a prize out of an envelope (without looking inside the envelope). The envelopes will contain Cash or +Play prizes.

Our 10 Winners will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus Café Vigour Food & Beverage prize of R200 each, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App and playTSOGO, prior to the draw time. The Tsogo Sun app and playTSOGO can’t be downloaded after the winner is selected.

A total of R5 500 in Cash and +Play prizes are up for grabs per Monday. If all 10 winners downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Mobile App and playTSOGO there could be UP to R7 500 in Cash & Prizes per Monday.

  1. No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion, running from 9 March until 27 April 2026.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. The Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor or on selected gaming areas, will be eligible to participate in the Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion between 11h00 until 15h30 on Mondays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes from 11h00 on 9, 16, 23 and 30 March and 6, 13, 20 and 27 April 2026, one winner (lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector.
  5. A total of 10 winners per Monday. The winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing representative.
  6. Before the start of the Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion at 11h00, it will be announced by the Marketing representative, on which areas the promotion will take place. It can either be on the entire gaming floor or selected gaming areas.
  7. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector list is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected. The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope (Cash or +Play) on Mondays (patrons are not allowed look into the envelope and prizes are not transferable).
  8. As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per Monday.
  9. Our 10 winners per Monday will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus Café Vigour Food and Beverage voucher of R200, if they registered and downloaded the Tsogo Sun App and playTSOGO prior to the draw time. There could be Up to R7 500 in Cash and Prizes per Monday, if all the winners of the day registered and downloaded the Tsogo Sun App and playTSOGO. Up To R60 000 in Cash and Prizes up for grabs for the promotional period.
  10. Once positively identified, the prize will be given to the winner by the Marketing Team, with Security present and the prize will be redeemed at the Cash Desk Department. The prize winner will sign for the receipt of the prize and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form).
  11. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification or Mykonos Casino Membership card.
  12. A process of declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk for the period of the promotion, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  13. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
  14. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
  15. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  16. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for  the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
  18. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  19. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  20. Copies of these Promotional Competition Rules are available at Mykonos Tsogo Rewards desk on request.
  21. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
