HOW CAN I WIN?

 

Ways to earn entries for the promotion

 

Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members that are playing slot machines on the entire gaming floor or selected gaming areas on Mondays of: 07, 14, 21 and 28 October and 04, 11, 18 and 25 November and 02, 09 and 16 December 2024 between 10h30 and 15h00, will stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. On Mondays 1 winner will be selected, every 30 minutes starting at 10h30.

It will be announced, by the Marketing representative, which areas in the Casino will be selected prior to the start of the promotion at 10h30 on selected Mondays – either the entire gaming floor or selected gaming areas.

Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor or selected gaming areas, this will ensure that only active machines are selected.

This will be done 10 times per Monday (10 winners per Monday).

The first machine on the list each time (each 30 minutes) will be the relevant winner.

When a winner is selected, the Marketing representative will go to the patron (winner) and the patron will have the opportunity to select a prize out of an envelope (without looking inside the envelope). The envelopes will contain Cash or +Play prizes.

In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner.

A total of R5 500 in Cash and +Play prizes are up for grabs per Monday.

  1. No Person under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion, running from 07 October until 16 December 2024.
  2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
  3. The Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  4. Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor or on selected gaming areas, will be eligible to participate in the Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion between 10h30 until 15h00 on Mondays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes from 10h30 on 07, 14, 21 and 28 October and 04, 11, 18 and 25 November and 02, 09 and 16 December 2024, one winner (lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector.
  5. A total of 10 winners per Monday. The winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing representative.
  6. Before the start of the Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion at 10h30, it will be announced by the Marketing representative, on which areas the promotion will take place. It can either be on the entire gaming floor or selected gaming areas.
  7. Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector list is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected. The first machine on the list each time, will be the relevant winner and will get the opportunity to pick one prize out of an envelope (Cash or +Play) on Mondays (patrons are not allowed look into the envelope and prizes are not transferable).
  8. The +Play or Cash prize voucher will be given to the patron at the winning machine by the Marketing representative, with security present. The patron will sign for the receipt of the prize at the winning machine and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form).
  9. In the event that a selected winner does not want to participate, then they will be disqualified and the second person on the list will be the winner
  10. As per Management discretion, participants are entitled to only one prize per Monday.
  11. All prize winners need to show a positive and acceptable form of identification i.e. South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Casino Rewards card or Passport.
  12. The prize winner must claim the prize at Mykonos Casino within 15 days of the promotional date.
  13. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  14. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  15. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, will be notified of any such changes.
  16. Every participant in the Monday Money Madness slots bonus promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
  18. Copies of these Promotional Rules are available at Mykonos Casino’s Tsogo Rewards desk on request and also featured on the Mykonos Casino website page www.mykonoscasino.co.za.
  19. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
