Moolah Madness

1. The MOOLAH MADNESS promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and will be running from 1 March, with the live draws taking place on 22 March 2024 at 19h00 and 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the MOOLAH MADNESS
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The MOOLAH MADNESS promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This will be a Tier-specific draw format promotion.
6. Patrons will earn points by playing slots or tables with their Mykonos Casino Rewards cards.
7. Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 400 points, per ticket entry, from 1 March until 22 March, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 22 March at 19h00.
8. Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 800 points, per ticket entry from 1 March until 22 March, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 22^nd of March at 20h00.
9. Ticket activation for all Tiers will take place from 18 until 22 March 2024 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
10. The live draws will take place on 22 March at 19h00 for our 10-Tier and J-Tier at 19h00 and 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. The live draws for our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier will take place at 20h00 and 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. A total of 8 winners for the evening.
11. Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on the 22^nd of March 2024.
12. 13. The draws on the 22^nd of March are compulsory for our members to attend. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
14. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk from Monday the 18^th of March until Friday the 22^nd of March at 18h00.
15. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
16. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
17. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Tsogo Rewards desk.
18. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
19. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
20. The Accommodation prize excludes public holidays, school holidays, special days and is subject to availability and is ONLY for two people, for two days.
21. The Accommodation prize is only available from 22 March until 22 July 2024 (4 month period).
22. The Accommodation prize is for two people only, for two nights, between Monday until Sunday at the Club Mykonos resort and the prize is not transferable. The winner needs to inform Mykonos Casino on the date they would like to stay at the Club Mykonos Resort.
23. The Accommodation prize excludes transport from and to the venue.
24. The Accommodation prize includes breakfast for 2 people, for 2 days at Café Vigour at Mykonos Casino. This Accommodation prize, excludes any other meals.
25. The Tropico Charter Boat cruise is for 2 people for 1 day only and subject to weather conditions and excludes public and special days/functions and is subject to availability. The winner needs to inform Club Mykonos directly on the date they would like to go on the boat cruise. This offer is available from 22 March until 22 July 2024 (4 month period). The cruise excludes snacks and drinks.
26. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
27. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
28. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
29. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
30. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
31. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

33. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
