Pick Your Prize At Mykonos Casino

1.The PICK YOUR PRIZE promotion is exclusive to all Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and will run from 1 May until 2 June 2023.
2.No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
3.Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4.The PICK YOUR PRIZE promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5.Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders earn points by playing slots or tables with their Mykonos Casino Rewards cards.
6.Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders must earn 500 points to qualify for a draw entry for the live draw.
7.Breakdown below of the Points Earning and Ticket Activation Period:

The points criteria are set to 500 points for all active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders, per ticket earned between 1 May and 2 June 2023.
Ticket activation will take place from Wednesday 31 May until 2 June, before the live draws on the 2nd of June at 19h00 and 20h00. eHost will stop printing at 19h00 and 20h00.
8.The live draws will take place on 2 June at 19h00 and 20h00. 3 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the 19h00 draw and 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the 20h00 draw and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
9.There will be a prize behind each letter of the wording MYKONOS. The amount inside the boxes can only be won once on the draw evening. A total of 7 boxes, with 7 different cash prizes.
10.After the winner has selected the box – the Marketing team will also present 5 cards to the winner. These cards will have bonus prizes for the winner (on the 5 cards will be the following – “R2000 in FreePlay”, “R1000 in FreePlay”, 2 x “No Bonus Prize” cards and the final of the 5 cards a “R250 Food and Beverage Prize at Café Vigour”. Winners are not allowed to look at the back of the cards.
11.Participants may be drawn more than once via the electronic draw selector but could only win once on the draw date of 2 June at the 19h00 and 20h00 draws. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on the draw evening.
12.All participants are required to be present on the respective dates/times to be eligible for a Prize: Provided that if a participant elects not to be present in person when the winner/s are announced, the participant may nominate another person who has been duly authorized in writing to attend the draw on behalf of a participant in the form and manner determined by management, the details of which will be available at the Customer Services Desk.
13.Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement and must produce a valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or another official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
14.All prize winners need to show a positive and acceptable form of Identification i.e., South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Rewards card, or Passport.
15.Draw entries cannot be purchased through Cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
16.In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
17.Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes
18.All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.
19.Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
20.Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
21.The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

23.Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
24.In the case that Covid Regulations are re-instated with restrictions, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
