POWER UP At Mykonos Casino This Winter!

1. The POWER UP promotion is exclusive to all Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and will run from 5 June until 28 July 2023.

2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.

3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The POWER UP promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders earn points by playing slots or tables with their Mykonos Casino Rewards cards.
6. Breakdown below of the Points Earning and Ticket Activation Period:

The points criteria is set to 100 points per ticket earned from 5 June until 30 June, for the first live draw on 30 June.
• Ticket activation period will be from Monday 26 June until Friday 30 June, for the first live draw taking place on Friday the 30th of June at 19h00 and 20h00. The eHost will stop printing at the live draw date times.
• The points criteria is set to 500 points per ticket earned from 1 July until 28 July, for the final live draw on 28 July.
• Ticket activation period will be from Monday 24 July until Friday 28 July, for the final live draw taking place on Friday 28th of July at 19h00 and 20h00. The eHost will stop printing at the live draw date times.
• The live draws will take place on 30 June and 28 July at 19h00 and 20h00.
• Winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector and 3 winners will be selected at 19h00 and 3 winners at the 20h00 draw on 30 June and 28 July.
• A winner can only win once on these draw dates and a re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected in the 19h00 and 20h00 draws.
• Winners that are not attending the live draw, will be notified via a personal call and SMS, and informed to collect and sign for their prizes won within 15 days of the draw date.
• All prize winners need to show a positive and acceptable form of Identification i.e., South African ID, Valid Driver’s Licence, Mykonos Rewards card, or Passport.
7. It is not compulsory for participants to attend the live draw dates, however winners that are not attending the live draws on 30 June and 28 July will only receive Cash prizes and winners that are attending the live draws will receive Cash, FreePlay, Food and Beverage prizes at Café Vigour and the Portable Inverter.

8. If the 3rd selected winner at the 20h00 draw on 30 June, does not attend the draw he/she will only receive a Cash prize and there will be a bonus draw on 28 July after the 3rd selected winner at the 20h00 draw, to win the Portable Inverter only. The bonus draw will then be for the 4th selected winner at the 20h00 draw and this winner will receive the Portable Inverter only. It is compulsory for the winner of the Portable Inverter at the 4th bonus draw, to attend the live draw (a re-draw will take place if the winner is not there on the evening).

9. If the 3rd selected winner at the 20h00 draw on 28 July does not attend the draw he/she will only receive the Cash prize and there will be a 5th bonus draw via the electronic draw selector, for the Portable Inverter only. It is compulsory for this winner of the Portable Inverter at the 5th bonus draw, to attend the live draw (a re-draw will take place if the winner is not attending the draw)

10. Draw entries cannot be purchased through Cash, points, or any other form of consideration.

11. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.

12. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.

13. Mykonos Casino is not responsible for any damages to the Portable Inverters after their give- away. Our winners need to be in contact with the Suppliers regarding any damages.

14. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered.

15. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.

17. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

18. Copies of these rules are available at the Customer Service Desk upon request or at mykonoscasino.co.za.

19. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.

20. In the case that Covid Regulations are re-instated with restrictions, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
