sizzling summer – TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The SIZZLING SUMMER promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and will be running from 01 February, with the live draws taking place on 23 February 2024 at 19h00 and 20h00.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the SIZZLING SUMMER
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The SIZZLING SUMMER promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents, or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. Our Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders require 300 points from 01 February until 23 February 2024 per ticket entry, by playing slots or tables with their Mykonos Casino Rewards card.
6. Ticket activation will take place from 20 February until 23 February 2024 at the eHost.
7. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points, or any other form of consideration.
8. The live draws will take place on 23 February 2024 at 19h00 and 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected at the 19h00 draw and 5 winners at the 20h00 draw via the electronic draw selector, and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. Total of 10 winners on 23 February 2024.
9. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize available, with the last drawn ticket at each draw time the highest prize available.

Total of R23 000 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs at the 19h00 draw.

Cash & Prizes at the 20h00 draw

Total of R27 000 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs at the 20h00 draw.

10. Participants may be drawn more than once but can only win once at the 19h00 draw and they can also win once at the 20h00 draw (so our patrons can win twice on the draw evening). A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected at the same draw time.
11. Total of R50 000 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs on the 23^rd of February 2024 (Cash, +Play, Café Vigour Food and Beverage prizes and 2 x Accommodation prizes for 2 people at the Club Mykonos Resort for 2 days).
12. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
13. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Customer Service Desk from Monday the 20^th of February until Friday the 23^rd of February at 18h00.
14. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
15. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
16. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Customer Service desk.
17. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
18. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
19. The Accommodation prizes excludes public holidays, school holidays, special days and are subject to availability and are ONLY for two people, for two days.
20. The Accommodation prizes are only available from 23 February until 23 June 2024 (4-month period).
21. The 2 x Accommodation prizes are each for two people, for two nights only, between Monday and Sunday and are not transferable.
22. The Accommodation prizes exclude transport to and from the venue. The Accommodation prizes include breakfast for 2 people, for 2 days at Café Vigour at Mykonos Casino. These Accommodation prizes exclude any other meals.
23. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
24. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
25. All decisions are final, and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
26. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
27. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
28. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

30. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
