Sunday Chills At Mykonos Casino

1. The SUNDAY CHILLS promotion is exclusive to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 29 May 2025 until 27 July 2025.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the SUNDAY CHILLS
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The SUNDAY CHILLS promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members
5. The draw format will offer 1 x FREE draw ticket daily for all Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members, which can only be collected weekly from Thursday until Sunday (maximum of 4 x FREE draw tickets per week) at the eHost from 09h30.
6. For a bonus draw ticket every Sunday, our Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members needs to play slots or tables with their Mykonos Tsogo Rewards card on Sundays from 09h30 until 18h30 and earn 250 points to receive the bonus ticket at the eHost. In total our Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members could get UP to 5 draw tickets per week.
7. The eHost will close for ticket printing every Sunday at 18h55.
8. Tickets will be entered into the draw bin (tombola), in the foyer area of the casino (tombola will be under Surveillance camera view)
9. Sunday draws mechanics:

Sunday Draw dates: 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 June and 6, 13, 20 and 27 July 2025

Draw time: 19h00

Amount of winners:  5 winners will be selected via the tombola (draw bin) on each draw date

• Guests with entries in the tombola (draw bin) have to be present at the live draw dates on Sundays (Compulsory to attend).
• The live draws will take place at 19h00 and the winning ticket number selected via the tombola (draw bin), will be announced over the microphone.
• 5 Tickets (5 winners) will be manually drawn from the tombola by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process.
• The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest amount and the 5^th selected winner, the highest amount.
• The live draws on 1, 8, 15, 22 and 29 June and 6, 13, 20 and 27 July 2025 are compulsory for our members to attend. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
• Patrons are allowed to win twice on a draw evening.
• Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by relevant Prize Winners (not representatives), within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
• Tickets will be removed from the tombola (draw bin) after each live draw date.

Winners will also have the opportunity to receive a bonus prize, if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, prior to the time that the winners will be announce. If the winner selected can show us that he/she has downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun Mobile App, they will receive an extra bonus prize of R200 +Play.

A total of UP to R13 000 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs per draw date (if all 5 winners registered & downloaded on the app as well). Total up for grabs for the 9 live draws dates (promotional period) – Up To R117 000 (In Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage prizes)

10. Draw entries cannot be purchased through cash, points or any other form of consideration.
11. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk every week on Sundays only until 18h00.
12. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
13. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
14. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Tsogo Rewards Desk.
15. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
16. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draw, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management, and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified.
17. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
18. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
19. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
20. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
21. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

23. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
