T-Cross The Line

1. The T-CROSS THE LINE promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and will be running from 1 April until 26 July 2024.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the T-CROSS THE LINE
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The T-CROSS THE LINE promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion is running over a 4 month period with the breakdown of draw dates as below:

6. Draws of 26 April, 31 May, 28 June and 26 July 2024 are compulsory for our members to attend.

7. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. Participants may nominate a Proxy to act on their behalf if they choose not to be present. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by both the Participant and Nominee (if applicable) when completing the Proxy Form.
8. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and are valid from ticket collection dates for the different draws until 18h00 on the draw evenings of 26 April, 31 May, 28 June and 26 July 2024.
9. Participants or duly authorized representatives shall be required to present themselves within 90 seconds from the time of announcement, and must produce the valid ticket entry (possession of evidence of the winning receipt) and positive and acceptable form of identification e.g. a South African I.D./South African Driver’s Licence/Passport or other official form of identification as approved by the casino and any other details as required. A redraw will occur should participants not present themselves within 90 seconds or if their identity cannot be verified, then they will not be eligible for a prize and a re-draw will take place.
10. Prize winners or Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Rewards card belonging to the prize winner and /or a positive and acceptable form of identification.
11. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
12. Should a prize winner who is eligible for a prize but not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided in the prescribed Proxy Form and/or GMS system. In such circumstances the prize winner may claim the prize within 15 days from the day of the draw at the Customer Service desk.
13. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
14. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
15. Launch Draw – 26 April 2024:

• The Launch draw will take place on 26 April at 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders.
• Points earning for all Tiers start on 1 April until 26 April 2024, with 250 points per ticket entry to qualify.
• Ticket activation starts from 22 April until 26 April 2024 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• The live draws will take place on 26 April at 20h00 and the 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. All the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. The first selected winner will receive the lowest amount and the 5^th selected winner the highest amount.
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on the 26^th of April 2024.
• These draws are compulsory for our members to attend.
• A total of R33 000 in Cash up for grabs on 26 April 2024

Breakdown of prizes for the launch draw

16. First Monthly Tier Draws – 31 May 2024:

• The first monthly Tier draw will take place on 31 May at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders, with a total of R57 000 in Cash & Prizes up for grabs.
• This will be a Tier specific draw.
• Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 350 points, per ticket entry, from 27 April until 31 May, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 31 May at 19h00.
• Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 700 points, per ticket entry from 27 April until 31 May, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 31 May at 20h00.

• Ticket activation for all Tiers, will take place from 27 May until 31 May 2024 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• The live draws will take place on 31 May at 19h00 for our 10-Tier and J-Tier and 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. The live draws for our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier will take place at 20h00 and 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector, and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. A total of 8 winners for the evening.
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on the 31^st of May 2024.
• The draws on 31 May 2024 are compulsory for our members to attend. Participants may register to decline to be present at the draws by completing a Proxy Form. 17. Second Monthly Tier Draw – 28 June 2024

• The second monthly Tier draw will take place on 28 June at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders, with a total of R68 000 In Cash & Prizes up for grabs.
• This will be a Tier specific draw.
• Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 400 points, per ticket entry, from 1 June until 28 June, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 June at 19h00.
• Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 800 points, per ticket entry from 1 June until 28 June, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 June at 20h00.

• Ticket activation for all Tiers, will take place from 24 until 28 June 2024 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• The live draws will take place on 28 June 2024 at 19h00 for our 10-Tier and J-Tier and 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. 18. Bonus Draw & Final Cash & Car Draw – 26 July 2024:

• The final Cash & Car draw is exclusive to our Mykonos Casino Rewards cardholders and 1,000 points per ticket entry required to qualify for a draw entry, for all Tiers from 1 April until 26 July 2024.
• The final draw evening of 26 July 2024 will consist out of a Bonus draw at 19h00 and the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.
• Ticket activation for the bonus draw and the final Cash & Car draw will take place from 20 July until 26 July 2024, at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.

BONUS DRAW – 26 July 2024 at 19h00

• Only our patrons that participated in all 3 draw dates of 26 April, 31 May and 28 June 2024, will be eligible for the bonus draw.
• The bonus draw will take place on 26 July 2024 at 19h00.
• The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used.
• 1 Winner will be selected via the electronic draw selector.
• The bonus draw is compulsory for our members to attend.
• The winner will receive R5000 in Cash.
• The winner of the 19h00 draw can win again at the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00

FINAL CASH & CAR DRAW – 26 July 2024 at 20h00

• The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used.
• 3 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.
• The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest amount of cash and the 3^rd selected winner will be the owner of the brand new car.
• Participants may have more than one ticket, but can only win once on the draw evening.
• These draws are compulsory for our members to attend.

19. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draws, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any changes.
20. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
21. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
22. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
23. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
24. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
25. The vehicle advertised and/or displayed is for advertising purposes only and might differ from the actual prize to be won.

27. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
