How Can I Win?

Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members that are playing slots machines on the entire gaming floor on Thursdays of 6, 13, 20 and 27 November and 4, 11 and 18 December 2025 from 12h00 until 16h30, will stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. 1 winner (lucky machine number) will be selected, every 30 minutes starting at 12h00.

Winners will be randomly determined in the following manner: The Gamesmart bonus selector is extracted for the entire floor, this will ensure that only active machines are selected and the winning machine numbers will be announced on the microphone by the Marketing Team.

A total of 10 winners per Thursday.

The first machine on the list each time (each 30 minutes) will be the relevant winner.

When a lucky machine number is selected, the Marketing Team, will go to the patron (winner) and the patron will have the opportunity to select an envelope that contains a Cash or +Play prize, without knowing what the prize will be.

After the patron picks the envelope, the Marketing team will present four cards to the winner for an opportunity for the winner to win an extra bonus prize. Two cards with the wording “No Double Up”, one with the wording “Double Up Your Winnings” and the final of the 4 cards a “R150 Café Vigour Food & Beverage Voucher”.   3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who fall into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.

This slots bonus promotion, THRILLING THURSDAYS, is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
  5. All Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members (slot machine players) on the entire casino floor, will be eligible to participate in the THRILLING THURSDAYS’ promotion between 12h00 until 16h30 on Thursdays and stand a chance to be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector. Every 30 minutes starting at 12h00 of 6, 13, 20 and 27 November and 4, 11 and 18 December 2025, one winner (lucky machine number) will be selected via the Gamesmart bonus selector.

  10. Each prize winner will have the opportunity to select one of the 10 Prizes (Cash or +Play), by picking an envelope, without knowing what the prizes will be.
  11. After the patron picks the envelope, the Marketing team will present four cards to the winner for an opportunity for the winner to win an extra bonus prize. Two with the wording “No Double Up”, one with the wording “Double Up Your Winnings” and a final of the 4 cards a “R150 Café Vigour Food & Beverage Voucher”. Mykonos Casino will double up the prize, if the patron picks the card with wording “Double Your Winnings”
  12. If the winner chooses, for example, the Cash amount of the envelope and picks the “Double Your Winnings” card, the extra bonus prize (amount) will be Cash.
  13. A total of R4,500 In Cash & Prizes up for grabs per Thursday, if all the winners of the day only pick the “No Double Up” card and Up To R9,000 in Cash & Prizes if all the winners selected the “Double Your Winnings” ball.
  14. Once positively identified, the prize will be given to the winner by the Marketing Team, with Security present and the prize will be redeem at the Cash Desk Department. The prize winner will sign for the receipt of the prize and also sign all paperwork (acknowledgement of prize received and promotional consent form).
  15. All prize winners need to show a valid form of Identification or Mykonos Casino Membership card.
  16. A process of declination to be present at a draw will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk for the period of the promotion, where a participant can register to still be acknowledged for the prize, should he/she decline to be present for that Draw(s) or when the prize winners are announced on that day.
  17. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
  18. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
  19. All decisions of Mykonos Casino will be final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
  20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
  21. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offers, irrespective of the cause for  the technical failure or damage , another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any such changes.
  22. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
  23. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.

  25. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
