Your Ticket To Fun

1. The YOUR TICKET TO FUN promotion is exclusive to active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and will be running from 1 October 2025 until 16 January 2026.
2. No person under the age of 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in the YOUR TICKET TO FUN
3. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into the category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
4. The YOUR TICKET TO FUN promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
5. This promotion is running over a 3 and a half month period with the breakdown of draw dates as below:

6. Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person. No person shall be permitted to act on behalf of a participant to exercise this rule. A positive and acceptable form of identification must be presented by relevant parties when completing this process.
7. Prize winners or nominated Proxies who are present will be given 90 seconds to present themselves and must have evidence of the winning ticket and/or Mykonos Casino Rewards card belonging to the winner, and a positive and acceptable form of identification.
8. Should a prize winner be eligible for a prize but is not present as a result of declining an invite to be present for the draw, the casino shall take all reasonable steps to contact the prize winner via the contact details provided or otherwise readily available. In such circumstances, the prize winner may, within 15 days of the draw, claim the prize.
9. Should the prize winner not present themselves within 90 seconds, and there is no record of the prize winner declining the invitation to be present by completing the prescribed Proxy Form, a re-draw will take place.
10. The prescribed Proxy Forms will be available at the Tsogo Rewards Desk and are valid from ticket collection dates for the different draws until 18h00 on the draw evenings of 31 October, 28 November, 19 December 2025 and 16 January 2026.
11. Nominees shall not be entitled to any prize (s) or benefits and shall not take receipt of prizes accruing to the winner they represent.
12. Prizes must be collected and signed for the receipt thereof by the relevant Prize Winner (not Nominees), as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw at Mykonos Casino.
13. Launch Draw – 31 October 2025:

• The Launch draw will take place on 31 October 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to all active Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members. Up to R65 000 in Cash & Prizes up for grabs (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage prizes) for our members.
• Points earning for all Tiers starts on 1 October until 31 October 2025, with 250 points per ticket entry to qualify.
• Ticket activation starts from 24 October until 31 October 2025 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• Tsogo Sun Mobile App users will receive additional Mobile Bonus Draw Tickets on the draw date, 31 October 2025 based on their tier:
• The live draws will take place on 31 October at 19h00 and 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at each draw time. All the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal.
• Winners will have the opportunity to choose between 10 boxes on the stage (5 boxes will be selected at 19h00 and 5 boxes at 20h00)
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on 31 October 2025.
• Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person.
• Our 10 winners that downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App and registered on playTSOGO will also receive an extra R250 Café Vigour Food and Beverage voucher.

14. MONTHLY Tier Draws – 28 November 2025:

• The MONTHLY Tier draws will take place on 28 November 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Tsogo Rewards members, with a total of UP to R80 000 In Cash & Prizes up for grabs.
• This will be a Tier specific draw.
• Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 250 points, per ticket entry, from 1 October until 28 November 2025, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 November 2025 at 19h00.
• Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 500 points, per ticket entry from 1 October until 28 November 2025, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 28 November 2025 at 20h00.
• Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person.

• Ticket activation for all Tiers, will take place from 21 November until 28 November 2025 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• Tsogo Sun Mobile App users will receive additional Mobile Bonus Draw Tickets on the draw date, 28 November 2025 based on their tier:
• The live draws will take place on 28 November 2025 at 19h00 for our 10-Tier and J-Tier and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. The live draws for our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier will take place at 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. A total of 10 winners for the evening.
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on 28 November 2025.

10-Tier and J-Tier draws at 19h00

5 winners will be selected at 19h00 via the electronic draw selector. The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest prize.

Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier draws at 20h00

• 5 winners will be selected at 20h00 via the electronic draw selector. The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest prize.
• Our 10 Winners on the evening will also have the opportunity to receive a R250 Café Vigour Food and Beverage prize extra if they have downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Sun App and registered on playTSOGO.
• If all 10 winners downloaded and registered on the Tsogo Mobile App and registered on playTSOGO, there could be UP to R80 000 in Cash & Prizes.

15. Festive Tier Draw – 19 December 2025

• The Festive Tier draws will take place on 19 December 2025 at 19h00 and 20h00 and is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Tsogo Rewards members, with a total of UP to R90 000 In Cash & Prizes up for grabs.
• This will be a Tier specific draw.
• Our 10-Tier and J-Tier must earn 250 points, per ticket entry, from 1 October until 19 December 2025, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 19 December 2025 at 19h00.
• Our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier must earn 500 points, per ticket entry from 1 October until 19 December 2025, to qualify for their draw entry, for the live draws taking place on 19 December 2025 at 20h00.
• Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person.

• Ticket activation for all Tiers, will take place from 12 December until 19 December 2025 at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.
• Tsogo Sun Mobile App users will receive additional Mobile Bonus Draw Tickets on the draw date, 19 December 2025 based on their tier:
• The live draws will take place on 19 December 2025 at 19h00 for our 10-Tier and J-Tier and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector. The live draws for our Q-Tier, K-Tier and A-Tier will take place at 20h00 and 5 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector and all the required personnel will be present to ensure compliance and all draw paperwork will be completed as per normal. A total of 10 winners for the evening.
• Winners will have the opportunity to choose between 5 balloons with prizes in at each draw time
• Participants may be drawn more than once, but can only win once on the draw evening. A re-draw will take place if the same winner is selected on 19 December 2025.
• Up To R90 000 in Cash & Prizes are up for grabs on 28 November 2025 (Cash, +Play and Café Vigour Food & Beverage Prizes).

16. Bonus Draw & Final Cash & Car Draw – 16 January 2026:

• The final Cash & Car draw is exclusive to our Mykonos Tsogo Rewards members and 1,000 points per ticket entry required to qualify for a draw entry, for all Tiers from 1 October 2025 until 16 January 2026.
• The final draw evening of 16 January 2025 will consist out of a Bonus draw at 19h00 and the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.
• Ticket activation for the Bonus draw and the final Cash & Car draw will take place from 9 January until 16 January 2026, at the eHost or Tsogo Sun Mobile App.

BONUS DRAW – 16 January 2026 at 19h00

• Only our active Tsogo Sun App users that participated in the following draws, 31 October, 28 November and 19 December 2025 will be eligible for the bonus draw.
• Each Tsogo Sun App user will receive the following Mobile Bonus Draw tickets:
• The bonus draw will take place on 16 January 2026 at 19h00.
• The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used.
• 3 Winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector.
• Each winner will receive R5 000 in +Play.
• A winner can only win once at the 19h00 draw.
• The winners of the 19h00 draw can win again at the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.

FINAL CASH & CAR DRAW – 16 January 2026 at 20h00

• The Electronic Draw Selector process will be used.
• 4 winners will be selected via the electronic draw selector at the final Cash & Car draw at 20h00.
• The 1^st selected winner will receive the lowest amount and the 4th selected winner will be the owner of the brand new car (Toyota Starlet Cross). A share of R45 000 in Cash & Prizes and a Toyota Starlet Cross up for grabs.
• Participants may have more than one ticket, but can only win once at the 20h00 draw.
• Participants must register to decline to be present at the draws in person.

17. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for the promotional draws, irrespective of the cause, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of Management. The Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be notified of any changes.
18. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged.
19. All decisions are final and binding and no correspondence or appeals will be entered into.
20. Any person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
21. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
22. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
23. The vehicle advertised and/or displayed is for advertising purposes only and might differ from the actual prize to be won.

25. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
