Turn the Tables

1. No persons under 18 is allowed to gamble or participate in this promotion.
2. Any person who has been issued with a Refusal of Entry order, or who is self-excluded, or who falls into category of excluded persons, is expressly prohibited from participating in this promotion.
3. This promotion is closed to any persons who are directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants of or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the company or marketing service providers, or spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members.
4. This promotion is exclusive to Mykonos Casino Rewards Cardholders only and patrons will earn manual draw tickets at Blackjack, Poker and Roulette table games from 4 July from 14h30 daily (Mondays to Wednesdays) until closing time of tables, if they have the following combinations:

American Roulette:

1 Draw ticket for every player with a straight up bet on 21.

Split bets will not count.

No late bets will be allowed.

If a guest break any of the normal AR rules to manipulate the outcome of obtaining a winning combination, they will not be issued a ticket.                        

Blackjack:

1 Draw ticket for every 21 score. All players on the box qualify for a ticket

Blackjack will not count.

It can be any combination that adds up to 21.

If a guest break any of the normal BJ rules to manipulate the outcome of obtaining a winning combination, they will not be issued a ticket.

Poker:

1 Draw ticket for every 2 Pair.

The 2 pair will count as a 2 to 1 combination that makes 21.

This can be any 2 cards that makes up a 2 pair.

If a guest break any of the normal PK rules to manipulate the outcome of obtaining a winning combination, they will not be issued a ticket.

5. Earning period for patrons for manual draw tickets at Poker, Blackjack and Roulette is from Mondays until Wednesdays for the weekly live draws on Thursdays on the following dates:

4 – 6 July for the live draw on 7 July

11 – 13 July for the live draw on 14 July

18 – 20 July for the live draw on 21 July

25 – 27 July for the live draw on 28 July

1 – 3 August for the live draw on 4 August

The live draws will take place on 7, 14, 21 and 28 July and 4 August at 19h00. 3 winning tickets will be selected via the tombola. Participants are entitled to only one prize and a re-draw will take place if a prize winner previously won on the same draw date. After each live draw, the manual tickets will be removed from the tombola.  If further restrictions take place over the period, back of house non-attendance draws will take place and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed.

6. The winning tickets selected via the tombola will be verified on the gaming system. If the cell phone number does not exist, a re-draw will then take place on 7, 14, 21 and 28 July and 4 August.
7. 3 Tickets (3 winners) will be manually drawn by a marketing representative, with an independent auditor present to oversee the drawing process and announced by the Marketing Team on 7, 14, 21 and 28 July and 4 August.
8. The first drawn ticket will receive the lowest prize and the 3^rd selected winner the highest prize.
9. In the event of technical failure or damage to the device used for this promotion offer, irrespective of the cause for the technical failure or damage, another suitable device or method will be used, at the sole discretion of management and the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board will be informed of any such changes.
10. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
11. The above clauses are severable from each other. Should any clause or part thereof be found to be unenforceable by operation of the law, such clause or part thereof will be severed, and the remaining clauses shall remain in force.
12. Winners that are not present at the live draws on the 7, 14, 21 and 28 July and 4 August, will be contacted via SMS and personal call, if their names are drawn using the contact details provided by the members on the Gamesmart Management System. This is not compulsory for patrons to be at the live draw.
13. Prizes are to be collected and signed for receipt thereof by relevant Prize Winners (not representatives) as the case may be, within 15 days from the date of the draw from the casino where the prize (s) were won.
14. Prizes are not transferrable and cannot be exchanged and prize winners must sign for receipt of prizes.
15. A person transgressing the rules of this promotion will be disqualified.
16. Every participant in the promotion shall be deemed to have acknowledged and accepted the rules by virtue of their participation.
17. Any complaints and/or disputes can be lodged with the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board.
18. All Covid-19 Safety Regulations and Protocols will be implemented.

20. In the case that Covid regulations are changed, or that the business is further affected by the existing regulations, we will notify the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board that the promotion will change accordingly.
