Mykonos, A Sponsor For The Langebaan 2015 Around The Island Swim
Mykonos Casino is proud to be one of the sponsors of the 6th annual Around the Island Swim which will take place on Saturday, 14 March 2015 at 9h30 on Langebaan’s main beach.
“Mykonos is a key part of Langebaan and is always happy to be a part of events that make it possible to interact with the community,” says Natasha Brand, Mykonos Marketing Manager.
The various swimming categories will follow a course from Langebaan’s main beach to Schaapen Island and finish on the main beach. Each distance will have a buoy to make it easier for swimmers to identify their route according to the categories for which they registered.
It costs R 100 to register for each age group category:under 13s, 14 to 30 and 31 and older. Schools can also enter teams of 4 for the schools race at R 200 per team.
“We encourage all swimmers to make their way to Pearly’s restaurant on Friday, 13 March 2015 to register for this exciting race in which they stand a chance to win great prizes,” Brand concludes.
