High Tea Inspiration From Christine
Well-known foodie and author, Christine Capendale lead a room of over 100 ladies through the paces of preparing a four-star high tea at Mykonos Casino’s Charlie Noble Restaurant on the 6th of May. The event was part of Mykonos Casino’s Mother’s Month celebrations.
Moms, daughters and friends watched and learned as the esteemed chef prepared mouth-watering treats such as Rooibos ice tea with fynbos honey, lime and wild hibiscus; raspberry macaroons; chocolate and mocha macaroons; mini chocolate and mint squares; quiches with smoked ham and gruyere cheese, and biltong pate. The restaurant was abuzz as guests tried-out the lip-smacking spread while enjoying hearty conversation with each other.
