Mykonos Casino, together with Club Mykonos supported the annual Raft Race, hosted by The Langebaan Yacht Club on the 5th of May.
Mykonos entered 2 teams into the race which is also a fund-raising initiative in aid of NSRI (National Sea Rescue Institute).
Mykonos Casino, who won the award for the best team spirit provided branded gifts towards the event along with a cash sponsor of R10,000.
“We want to thank the NSRI for their commitment and dedication and the individuals who give up parts of their lives to save the lives of others,” says general manager of Mykonos Casino Clive van Groeningen.
Mykonos would also like to thank the management team of the Yacht Club for a well organised event. “The Raft Race promotes a fun family-oriented event for the whole family and we are looking forward to the Raft Race of 2019 and encourage all local business to support the race next year,” concludes Clive van Groeningen.
